Shipping Policy
Canada Post is responsible for all of our shipping requirements. SoleScience will send you a shipping confirmation by email when your item is ready for shipping. You will receive shipping/ tracking information via email which will allow you to track your order.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed between 4:00pm Friday and 10:00am Monday (Eastern Standard Time) will not be processed until Monday morning.
