Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed between 4:00pm Friday and 10:00am Monday (Eastern Standard Time) will not be processed until Monday morning. 

Shipping Options

Orders over $200.00 CAD (before applicable taxes) apply for free shipping (Canada Post Expedited). If you would like your order sooner, you may choose an alternate shipping form and the fee will be calculated at checkout. Please note, we do not offer one day or next day shipping. 

Public Holidays 

Orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates will have an extended delivery time of a few extra business days. Our store is (or may be closed) on the following holidays (or observed holidays) and will not process orders until the next business day:

Please ensure that your email is entered accurately at check out. All of your tracking and order information will be sent to this email address.

Local Delivery

We offer free contactless and porch delivery (for in stock items) to addresses within London, Ontario and the immediate surrounding areas. If you have a question regarding the qualifications for delivery service, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at shop@solescience.ca.

Pick Up in Store/ Curb-side Pick Up 

We are pleased to offer in-store or curb-side pick up at no charge. Please bring your order number and valid photo ID with the same address as supplied on the order. If you would prefer curb-side pick up, please call us at 519-452-9994 to notify us of your arrival, and we will bring your order to you. 

If the item is in stock, in most instances we can have the order ready for you the same day as your order placement. You will receive a notification when the order is ready for pick up.
