Kosuma Energy Bar

Kosuma Bars are handmade in St. Thomas, Ontario using natural whole food ingredients. They are gluten free, vegan and naturally sweetened. Each bar contains 9-11 grams of protein and 4-6 grams of fibre. And most importantly, they are absolutely delicious! Our bars are sweetened naturally with tapioca syrup and dates.The nuts and seeds in our bars provide healthy fats, necessary for fueling our minds and bodies.  All nine of our bars are free of animal products, to cater to our vegan/dairy free consumers. We use locally sourced gluten free oats. Our bars are celiac friendly. We meticulously choose ingredients that have not been genetically modified in any way. Kosuma bars contain brown rice protein powder and various nuts + seeds making them a protein-rich choice.
